About us
FundingPro is a small team of senior mortgage brokers based in Bondi Junction. We arrange home and investment lending for professionals, business owners and investors, many with complex income, multiple properties and significant borrowing requirements.
Nearly all of our clients come to us through existing clients, accountants, financial planners and other advisers. We keep it that way by doing the work properly. We understand your full financial position, structure the lending around it, and manage every step through to settlement.
We assist with home loans, investment lending, refinancing, construction and bridging finance. Where clients need it, we also help with commercial property and private lending.

Our team
Director
James co-founded FundingPro in 2015. He began his career as an interest rate derivatives trader with Macquarie Bank and, in New York, Millennium Partners. He brings that markets background to structuring residential and investment lending.
Director
Jonathan joined James in founding FundingPro after a career in mergers and acquisitions and private equity with KPMG and Aura Capital in Sydney, and Deloitte in London. He brings deep deal-structuring experience to clients with more complex financial affairs.
